The Stäubli MC4 socket PV-KBT4/6II-UR is a proven coupling socket with long-term stability. The MC4 original female connector has over 15 years of field experience. It is compatible with the original MC and MC4-Evo 2 connector family. According to NEC 2020, the photovoltaic socket and plug (to be purchased separately) can only be unlocked with tools and feature the proven MULTILAM technology, which ensures consistently low power loss over the entire life of the connector.
