Dorsten, October 13, 2025 - With the new "Industry & Vehicle Construction 2025/26" catalog, EMC-direct (Dorsten) is bundling its extensive expertise and many years of experience in these two application areas for the first time - from fastening technology and cable protection to premium tools. The catalog thus represents an important milestone for the further development of the company, which was founded in 2001.
On over 250 pages, the catalog brings together clearly structured solutions and services for industry and vehicle construction. Along central product categories, users will find systematic guidance on all aspects of cable protection, cable management and connection technology - including comprehensive technical data, selection aids and practical tips for planning, installation and maintenance.
Focus on new products
In addition to established and proven product ranges, the catalog contains numerous new products:
- The special cable tie range includes new variants that are designed for particularly high heat resistance and cover applications in which increased operating temperatures can occur for short periods of time. There are also versions with excellent chemical resistance - ideal for operating conditions in which oils, cleaning agents or other media are part of everyday life. A version with 15-year UV stability is also available for long-term outdoor use.
- The new, wide-ranging fastening clip program enables secure cable routing under demanding conditions. In conjunction with the special parts service, project-specific geometries and mounting concepts can be realized that deviate from standard solutions in line with the application.
- Also new is a comprehensive range of textile hoses that addresses common applications in industry and vehicle construction - from abrasion-resistant protection in moving applications to noise-reducing applications in high-vibration environments.
- New tools from the quality brand TOOLOVA® for cable ties, textile hoses, corrugated conduits and other cable protection conduits round off the broad portfolio. These include the Crimptool TF Plus crimping pliers with interchangeable inserts and quick-locking mechanism. The tool is available as a set for vehicle construction, which includes four inserts and a crimp insert holder.
Industrial corrugated conduits for harsh conditions
Another focus of the catalog is on industrial corrugated conduits, which are specially designed for the requirements of commercial vehicle construction and mechanical engineering. The focus is on excellent fire protection properties and high heat resistance, as required in the vicinity of engine compartments, on aggregates or in production plants. The range covers numerous sizes and is available in three designs: as non-slotted versions for maximum all-round protection, as slotted versions for retrofitting to pre-assembled cables and as two-piece lockable systems.
