The Multi-Contact MC4 coupling socket from Stäubi is suitable for solar cables with a cross-section of up to 10 mm².

Stäubli MC4 connectors are the perfect choice for your photovoltaic installations. Thanks to MULTILAM technology, the original Stäubi connector results in consistently low power loss over the entire life of the connector. The PV connector is mating compatible with the original MC and MC4-Evo 2 connector family. According to NEC 2020, it can only be unlocked with tools.
