Corrugated pipe / cable protection pipe PE-HD - 450N smooth inside with pull-in aid UV-resistant.

This special corrugated pipe made of HDPE is UV-resistant, halogen-free and double coated. It has a socket on one side and a pull-in aid. Thanks to special chemical additives, it offers UV resistance of up to 20 years. It is ideal for all outdoor applications, for example in solar construction. It is also suitable for underground installation and achieves protection class IP 67 when used with an appropriate sealing ring (please note, in the case of mechanical compaction of the layers above the cable conduit, the approved value of the load capacity of 450 N). The corrugated pipe made of HDPE UV is ideally suited for use in solar farms due to its above-ground and underground applicability.

The smooth and profiless inner wall significantly facilitates the insertion of the cable, thus saving time and costs during installation. Due to the low friction, several cables can be pulled in without tedious clamping. Subsequent cable routing is made easier and uncomplicated. At the same time, the corrugated outer side offers optimum connection possibilities and thus problem-free fixing.

The HDPE UV corrugated conduit is an alternative to the Kabuflex® R- UV cable protection conduit from Fränkische.
