Universally applicable for connecting and branching plastic cables, single conductor cables from 1x10 to 1x50 mm², multi-conductor cables from 2x1.5 to 5x16 mm², For outdoor applications and use in the ground (IP 68), suitable for Al or Cu conductors.

Application areas of the gel joint

The gel joint can be used as a connecting joint or branch joint. The cable connections are placed into the gel joint sleeve together with the connecting clamp. Then the gel sleeve is closed. 

The gel joint shields the cables waterproof, so it is excellent for connecting underground cables and cables in outdoor areas. The joint sleeve is also ideal for street, garden and pool lighting, connecting outdoor equipment such as pumps, filters, speakers, intercoms, and cable connections on patios and in ducts.

The gel joint can also be used as a branch joint, as cable branching is possible without cutting the main conductor. The gel sleeves are also used, for example, for derivations to a socket in the garden.

The gel joint provides reliable protection against moisture and water. The joint sleeve enables quick and easy installation. The optimized joint design provides integrated strain relief. The gel sleeve allows immediate connection after installation. The joint can be stored indefinitely, is environmentally friendly and does not require labeling.

The housing of the gel joint is made of robust uv-resistant PP material and therefore features good temperature resistance as well as UV resistance.
