The author Thaddäus Nagy is Managing Director of EMC-direct. Together with his team, he has supported the construction of several dozen ground-mounted PV systems across Europe over the past two years; the company’s solutions are used in numerous large-scale projects in the DACH region, Benelux, the United Kingdom, and as far as Australia.
He is responsible for the cable management and cable protection segment for PV systems and supports international customers in specification and selection – including several projects each exceeding 100 MW.
His work is underpinned by many years of experience in the plastics and plastics processing industry, as well as a partner, supplier, and quality assurance network established in Asia (including certification contacts).
He regularly publishes practice-oriented technical articles on cable protection and cable management in the PV context.
